I'm definitely a foodie at heart, and it's definitely taken a toll on my wallet and my belly. LOL. So I've decided to make better food choices for at least this month, and see how it works out.
THE PLAN:
- Make better food choices - make lunch and pick better dishes when eating out.
- Don't eat out so often. (better for the wallet too!)
- Beast it at the gym at least 3 times a week!
- Take pictures of my food and blog about it here!
Here's to a successful journey ahead!
